"Working with Barb Lepke-Sims has been a high point for me in my work as a music practitioner within the Healing Arts of Centura Health. Generally speaking, Barb’s enthusiasm and optimistic attitude strike a joyful chord for all around her. On a professional level she leads with strategic gentleness, organizes and plans effectively and is as competent in group settings as she is in meeting individually, always exhibiting excellent communication skills.
On a personal level, Barb is well equipped to listen, lead, and is very generous in lending from her library of wisdom gained from her litany of experience and spiritual foundation. Finally, as a friend and colleague, she has been one of my most valued supporters. I have been greatly blessed by this association!"
